#tbt to 11 years ago when I was newly separated. As I was trying to figure out what was going to happen next with my crumbling marriage I had already planned this trip for my kids and I. I was pretty broke so I was going to stay with my ex’s family. When they learned about the separation I got an email telling me that they no longer felt me staying with them for this trip would be a good idea. I was absolutely crushed, hurt, and disappointed but more importantly I had a decision to make. I was B-R-O-K-E so I was going to cancel and it would have made sense but this ignited a flame inside me that had been extinguished long ago.
You see that red 📈line at the bottom of my pics? Those are unfollows. I get access to analytics and I learned to be cautious when observing them because if I were to have observed this then these are the pictures I would post LESS of because they apparently drove people away. Like A LOT of people.
